The Cottages

The Viking's Cottages  was one of the country's oldest motels, in continuous operation since the 1920's. These historic blue cabins, the last of their kind, are now closed for good, making way for a twenty-first century successor. Greenstone Inn, the first of its kind on the Oregon Coast, will offer environmentally sustainable lodging with glorious ocean views and beach access. The twenty units include studios plus 1- and 2-bedroom floor plans.

The charming family cottage known as "5B," just north of the old cottages remains available as a vacation rental.
